Gistly does not require you to create an account or provide personal details such as your name, email, or phone number to use the app.
When you share a video, photo, screenshot, or link with Gistly, the content is sent to our processing service and third-party AI providers solely to generate a summary, translation, transcript, or answer your questions. This content is processed to provide the service and is not used to identify you or sold to third parties.
Items you analyze are saved in your app library so you can find them later. This data is stored [on your device / in our service — buraya doğru olanı yaz] and can be deleted by you at any time within the app.
We use third-party AI and infrastructure providers to process content. These providers handle data under their own privacy and security terms.
Gistly Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details; all billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.
Content sent for processing is retained only as long as needed to provide the service and is then deleted. Library items remain until you delete them.
Gistly is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
You can delete saved items in the app at any time. To request deletion of any data, contact us at the email below.
